awesome customer service. i received a voicemail twice a week with an update. even though i was unable to answer the update calls, i still received them without fail. i very much appreciated it. it reassured me that a vested interest was taken in my repair/ service/ and satisfaction. this shows that the employees take pride in their work, and that makes me 100% confident in their work.
