Everyone I talked to through the whole process was professional and courteous. Kayla explained the situation to me and did exemplary service as did the team who repaired my car. She saved me from Losing my vehicle and I can’t even begin to describe my thanks for that. My rhythm of life was out of tune but it was brought back into play as if nothing happened. My experience couldn’t have been any better. The first interaction I had from the beginning to last was superb. Kayla was professional and courteous as was everyone I came in contact with in person and calls. Updates were made and she helped me keep my car so it wasn’t totaled by the insurance company and that in and of itself was beyond my expectations. There’s many who wouldn’t have and let chips fall where they may. Thank you to all who were involved in my car. My life was pinched but the experience I had from you was as if it didn’t happen. The communication was great and didn’t mind receiving the car later than planned because of it. Team was fantastic about updates, check in at counter and face to face interactions. I would have appreciated the back seats being wiped down upon return. No big deal but just a little dusty putting belongings back in place. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
