We had pretty substantial damage to our front end. We got the car back and continued to hear an odd noise. We brought it back and not only did Caliber fix it, they made certain the repairs were done right and encouraged us to keep an eye out for anything else abnormal. Bottom line: they were eager to get it right.

The repair was done very well. Angelo was great. Main issue was with communication with front desk and lack of communication with insurance and enterprise. That was the only obstacle, getting the front desk to follow up .

I was rear ended by someone so I was reliant on her insurance company to approve and pay for the damages. Working with the staff at Caliber was so helpful. Once they knew the insurance company would not provide me with a rental car they tried their best to get my car completed quickly as a result (I was borrowing my mom’s car). They kept me updated on the work and it was done really well.
