I appreciate the initial courteous and unexpected accommodation I’ve retrieving my car from a different shop while I obtained a car rental. I like the feature of receiving texts and I like having received phone calls that my detailing was taking longer than expected. I appreciate the extra manpower and time given to me of my car being delivered to my doorstep as I could not reach the shop before they closed. Also on my initial visit as busy as this detail shop Magan the technician took the time to address any concerns that I had after signing papers but making sure I was comfortable before I left. I trusted my insurance company Progressive for their recommendations which brought me to Caliber Collisions at this location and I am pleased with the results

The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and with a high level of professionalism. Dave and Don were a pleasure to work with, the young man who drove me to work the day I dropped off my car was a joy to converse with, the young lady at the reception desk was pleasant and professional, and my car looks absolutely beautiful.
