Car not reassembled well. Front bumper near headlight uneven and sticking up. Car makes loud rattling noise it didn't prior to it caliber. Dirty fingerprints left on inside of door jams. Technician initially ordered the wrong headlight and I had to do tell employee it wasn't a match. This was after I was told by caliber the headlight needed to be replaced. Once I told him they ordered the wrong headlight, all of a sudden they were able to fix my old one. This is a sign of negligence that they didn't even look at the other side of my car to confirm.

Kept me updated w/repair progress - car was all clean and had pleasant scent when picked up -also works in coordination w/Enterprise - when dropped off car - a rep came and picked me up to get my rental - when car was done - rental left @Caliber to be retrieved - also appreciate that they deal directly w/ insurance company - any issues are of no concern to me - highly recommend
