I used to really like caliber and thought they’ve always done a great job but after this time and the time before I don’t think I will bring my vehicle back to this location.

I finally ended up dealing with just Derik and he was nice and took care of everything because before that I was just sent down a rabbit hole. Was misinformed on time frame and then my vehicle just sat for a week not being touched. I had to do all the reaching out to see what was going on.
