Brittney has been doing a great job dealing with anxious/upset customers during this rough year for the shop (so much business because of the epic hail storm and tech staffing issues) - and Austin is also great keeping is up to date - not to mention the car looks much better than before it was damaged

Everyone took great care from Brittany keeping us posted along the way with text updates or voice messages and Duane also. We just got the Ranger back today but so far everything looks great. Also for our Camry a manager went out of his way to troubleshoot a challenging problem and kept at it until the specific issue was uncovered and then could be fixed. We really appreciated that!
