The whole process was fantastic. Lauren took great great care of us explaining the whole process. I have a limited edition color on my Jeep so I was really concerned on matching and quality. Lauren assured me they have the best paint guy in the tri state area. She was 1000% correct Marty did an amazing job on the paint. We’ve gotten compliments asking if we had the whole Jeep repainted it’s so flawless. I would highly recommend Lauren, Marty and the Cheyenne Caliber Collision to anyone who asks!

Yesterday I picked up my vehicle from the body shop, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the repairs. My insurance policy guarantees that the vehicle will be restored to its pre-loss condition, but what I received is completely unacceptable. Issues include: • Accessories improperly installed and window trims still showing the original hail damage. • A dent on one door that was never repaired. • White paint stains, scratches, and peeling in several areas that were not present before. • Black spots visible on different parts of the body. • A new hood with paint that does not match the original color and already has a scratch. • Clear coat with visible drops and bumps. • This morning, I also discovered the windshield is cracked. This workmanship is far from professional and does not resemble the original condition of my vehicle, which is a brand-new 2025 model.

Issues include: • Accessories improperly installed and window trims still showing the original hail damage. • A dent on one door that was never repaired. • White paint stains, scratches, and peeling in areas that were not present before. • little dust spots visible on different parts of the body I guess produced by the process trying to fix the dents or during the painting process . • A new hood with paint that does not match the original color and already has a scratch. • Clear coat with visible drops and bumps. • This morning, I also discovered the windshield is cracked. This workmanship is far from professional and does not resemble the original condition of my vehicle, which is a brand-new 2025 model. I request immediate corrective action to properly restore my car as promised.

The staff did not give me a firm time of completion which was proper not knowing problems not visually seen. When I called they gave ne honest answers. And never gave me false hope which was greatly appreciated. The outcome was positive and I would very highly recommend Caliber Collision. Totally professional service. Truck doesn't look like it was ever damaged. Completely satisfied is quite an understated word. Ecstatic is more like it. Didn't ask, but can you fix the sprocket on my son's go cart. Ha thanks to all. Ladies I could be happier the way you handled my claim

The people were fantastic with helping me with my truck. When I picked up my truck after they said it was fixed. It looked like everything was OK. So I left my rental there and brought my truck home the next day in the shade when I went out to use my truck, the hood that they had worked on in the new paint there was bubbles and also pieces of what looked like brush hairs from a paintbrush all over the hood. They were in the paint could not get them off or wash them off. Really disappointed with the work done on the hood and I would like to have it redone. I will be getting a hold of Caliber.
