The staff is friendly. I was told I would receive texts regarding the progress of the repair work being done on my vehicle, but that didn't happen. I dropped my car off on a Monday. On Tuesday I received a text informing me of what my insurance would pay and what my deductible was. By Friday, when I hadn't heard anything else, I phoned the shop. I then learned that the repair work might be completed by the end of the day.

Our repairs look great! When it came down to explaining timelines of repair, we would be told one timeline, and then called back and told another. It made things slightly confusing when it came down to nailing down times to pick up the truck and work schedules.

When being told initially that the repairs would take 3-4 weeks and then told at the time of drop off that it would be 2 weeks, we were really surprised by that, but happy. Then when timelines kept getting pushed back on us, it began to get more frustrating. It should have just been stuck to the 3-4 week turnaround time. Under promise and over perform should have been the method.
