The entire crew was very friendly and sincere from the beginning. I’m definitely recommending Caliber Cheyenne to my friends (hopefully they don’t need it of course). They worked directly with my insurance giving me peace of mind. Lauren, Derrick and Adam took really good care of my vehicle after an accident, they were all very empathetic, honest, set the right expectations and met all of them. I honestly feel that my car is driving better then before now. Thanks to everyone that worked so hard to fix it. My wife and I really appreciate it.

Repair work was fine. Had them repair other fender on opposite side unrelated to issue you were insuring and had several issues.

There were issues with my insurance company that held everything up and created a significant inconvenience for me. Derrick did an excellent job keeping me in the loop which eased some stress. I brought my truck to Caliber because I care how the job is done and you guys have a good reputation in Cheyenne. I left happy and would strongly recommend you guys to others.

Some difficulty with comminicaiton. Called and left message, and call wasn't returned, had to call again. Originally told repairs would take a week and a half, then told 2 days, it took 4, but they did have them come in on the weekend and finish the work and I was pleased
