For the reasons noted in this survey, we would not hesitate to recommend Caliber to a friend or family member. But let me provide yet another example why we would provide a strong recommendation. A few days after we received the vehicle from Caliber. Derrick saw our vehicle and noticed that the back light where Caliber made repairs was no longer working. He came to our home and promptly replaced that light. This level of integrity and professionalism is unlike any we have experienced with other body shops. Thank you, Derrick and staff, for the excellent and honest work.

Excellent customer service. The staff kept me up to date with repair updates on a regular basis throughout the process. They were very flexible with trying to accommodate scheduling for my repairs (I had 2 separate repairs that they addressed in 1 visit).
