From the initial meeting with Derek and his estimate through to the Finish job everything and everyone was professional. The estimate was right on target with a final bill. The communication throughout the process was exemplary. In fact they were even able to save me $200 with a suggestion they had during the repair process. I would also say that the location was clean, well-kept oh, and the employees were dressed professionally for the work that they were doing. It really did exceed my expectations.

Adam and his crew have continued to wow us. He and his staff exemplify the definition of customer service! This is our third time in a year using Caliber because of hail damage. Primarily dealt with Derrick. This was upon initial check in as well as during repairs. Derrick kept us informed and was very professional, courteous and pleasant at all times. The other team members I had the pleasure of talking to were also very pleasant and informative. I would highly recommend the Cheyenne operation to anyone.
