The entire process was so easy. I’ve not had to have work done so I didn’t know what to expect. The estimate was helpful and they told me what to expect. Taking it in the day to start the repair was easy. I was extremely grateful to get the text updates every couple days. Going over everything when I picked up my car was helpful too. Everyone was very professional through the entire process. Thank you!

I can’t say I’d recommend them. I know it wasn’t what they were doing but several of the scratches are left. I know they didn’t come from hail damage but my car looks horrible because the hood is perfect and on the top of the wheel well is a scratch. There are a couple hail dents that got left most likely because they were on the sides. Because of these things no I would not recommend Caliber Collision

There are a couple dents from hail that were on the doors that got left. I know they were supposed to do hail damage but I was disappointed that the scratches were left. They were painting right next to one but left it. My windshield still has some clear oily substance. I’m going to replace the wiper blades in hopes to not have to deal with it anymore. There is some glue, or rubber, something where the roof curves to go down to the door. I was told it would come off but after 2 car washes and the several rain storms we’ve had it’s still there.
