The repair experience was what I was expecting to see with my 17 years of experience in the auto body industry. Caliber Collision delivered what few shops could even achieve when I left the industry 25 years ago, and I’m betting few do now. They actually delivered my truck to my door when completed and their work made my truck look new again. Thank you Caliber! I went to initially pick up my car and when I arrived the team told me they noticed one thing that they were not satisfied and they kept my car an extra day to make sure everything was properly done. Rather than give the car back and not say anything they were open and made it right before giving it back.

The staff was great they couldn’t have been better, very professional and courteous, the body work was good, something is rattling around in the tailgate but I’ll go back and get it checked out, my only heartache was how filthy the inside cab was, there was more body dust then outside, I’m still wiping out the dust, it’s in every crevices

The truck looks great. It was pretty beat up when I brought it in. We ran into a few unexpected situations, but the staff and Tiffany worked through it. It took a little longer than expected, but no one can control every situation. Im pretty sure if there is a next time, it will go smoother. Great work.
