The car looked brand new after the repairs were made. I couldn’t see any blemishes or paint runs. The guy in the shop did a great job. I was very pleased with the supportive and communicative office. I got frequent updates via text as well as phone calls to keep me up-to-date on progress. The repairs took longer than expected, but I never felt out of the loop. I would definitely take my vehicle to Caliber again!

My service advisor Tiffiny was absolutely wonderful in being very professional, courteous and thorough the very best she could, always providing me the best information she could. There was a slight delay in the estimated completion but was personally called by the general manager of the body shop to extend his apologies on that. As frustrating as that was he, also, was very professional and courteous about relaying the news to me. If at any time in the future I require auto body work I would be happy to choose Caliber Collision.

My service advisor, Tiffiny, was absolutely outstanding. Very professional and courteous beyond words. There was a minor delay on the estimated completion date but I received a call from the general manager explaining the issue and he was very professional and courteous as well, despite how frustrated I was. My vehicle was returned to me in immaculate condition! I would gladly use Caliber Collision in the future.
