I had to take my car back several times to fix things that weren't done or were done incorrectly. I finally just gave up getting it fixed. I will NEVER use Caliber Collision again.

I love Caliber collision in Pocatello, ID is the best. They are so easy to work with and they do all the leg for you which is amazing. Also they have the best customer services around. I recommend them hand down to anybody.

The customer service was super friendly, helpful, and informative. I enjoyed our interactions. I only wish I had known that I would be required to turn in my rental car as soon as the repair was finished. We had discussed at length that I was leaving on a trip in the rental car, but since the repair was estimated to take two weeks, I was going to be back in time. However, the repair was finished a week ahead of schedule, and I was still out of town, leaving me on the hook for the remainder of the rental period until my trip was finished. The price was reasonable, so it turned out to be okay.
