My repair was 2 weeks longer than expected because my requests were ignored. The text option for updates was ignored. I only received calls when I expressed disappointment during calls. Dealing with insurance is difficult on all sides and I understand that. If there isn't going to be progress updates and communication throughout using the text or online tracker dont provide that option. When I picked up my vehicle it still isn't complete. I have to take it home and work on it now. I'll be doing that today or tomorrow when I can get to my tools. I wouldn't say I'm completely dissatisfied, but I'm close. I still don't have the parts after the months long repair process. Those are "in transit or on order". <30 hours of repair time and 4 weeks is absolutely ridiculous. Where I have to take it home and continue to work on it I'm less than impressed. The comment of my bumper and factory wiring harness was to hard to fit back together so it was removed was trilling! I cant wait to do this outside in the winter because it was too difficult for their tech to do in their temperature controlled shop. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The representative I worked with was respectful and easy to talk to. Probably overstimulated to the point of forgetfulness. Questions from a lay person should easily be explained. In depth questions could be more difficult, but should be able to be explained by the professional in their role. The GM contacting me and explaining the processes of delay was encouraging, but justification of lack of equipment and waiting only goes so far. I do appreciate their professionalism in dealing with my less than impressive attitude. Although my truck was recieved unfinished, the work they provided for frame, body repair and paint matching was on par with the industry capabilities. My frustration is mostly directed at the insurance company and the rep Simon from Progressive that still won't answer the phone. Simon is completely incompetent in the job assigned and reflects right along with their supervisor that also won't answer the phone. Pre accident condition means nothing.

My specific situation was different. Specifically about the shop no outside influence. The work of the shop, the kindness, the condition of return of my vehicle all factors associated. They're a good place to have work done, they are not necessarily my first choice, probably my second choice honestly, definitely not my last. I would come here again for repairs if my primary shop is busy again.

Paint and exterior looks good. Appears to be like new condition. They fixed a dent that was caused my a parking lot pirate from months before I stared at constantly. I prefer paintless dent repair and not bondo, but it does look like new and probably easier for them to do since the bedside had to be sprayed. Looks really nice from inches away and from a distance. You can't tell it was previously damaged.

Todd the GM was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He offered many solutions and spoke to me in a way I felt valued. Lars was friendly and the primary representative I dealt with. He was helpful and went to bat for me dealing with the Insurance scam artists. The front desk lady was wonderful, smiley, and helpful. Made the rough experience better. I forgot her name but she is great!

Best experience I have ever had with having a car repaired. The staff in Idaho Falls was great, the communication from the Chubuck shop was amazing. I was a bit concerned about the idea of having my car transferred to another center to be worked on but it was the best experience ever! Having it delivered at my house while I was at work couldn’t have been any easier! The communication was excellent and the car arrived looking better than it did when we bought it.
