Communication was great. Yes it was a little inconvenient when I had made plans to get my car and those plans had to change due to unexpected complications getting the car together but everyone was very nice and understanding.

Used and reused parts. Didn't color match anything. Inside had not been touched. And I told to check some mechanical things and they didn't even look. And the manager yelled at me and lied over and over to my face and wouldn't admit it!!

They were professional, honest & forthcoming, kept me up to date on the progress & even though my Subaru is 18 yrs. Old, they treated it like it was a new car. That meant alot to me. Old as that car is, it still is an excellent dependable car in great condition & is amazing in the snow. I also felt like I could really trust them & felt good leaving my car in their hands. That is something that is very rare in today's world.. I plan on spreading their great work ethic around to friends & family.

Everyone was great including the front desk lady, repair team, and the manager who gave me a ride to come pick up my truck. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful during what could have been a much more stressful situation. They were open and honest and even went and looked at my truck with me to make sure I was happy with the repairs.
