I greatly appreciated being able to have Caliber order parts first, and wait for them to arrive and be inspected before I dropped my car off for repair. I had good communication during the repair process, and the estimated 5 day repair ended up taking 3 days, so my car was ready for pickup earlier than expected, and it looks terrific.
