I had a service advisor named Jeremiah. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process of how my car would be repaired and if anything out of the ordinary would be found he would call me. He sent me progress reports on the status of my car throughout the time it was being repaired. If I ever need CC again, l will request Jeremiah as my service advisor. The receptionist was very nice, pleasant and professional. The shop was very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.
