The receptionist was so friendly and professional. She is a keeper for sure. Ray was my mechanic and he helped answer all my questions. I was continually updated throughout the process. This is no part of Caliber but Enterprise was less than satisfactory. I was advised vehicle would be brought to caliber on the day I brought my vehicle to caliber, instead I was met by a driver ( who got there 20 minutes later than scheduled time) to take me back to new Braunfels location to register my rental when they said they already had my reservation. I ended up being late to work. Then when I called to ask about the process for returning the vehicle I was told that I should drive back to New Braunfels and they would drop me off because it was “easier”. I was advised by the lovely receptionist that I could just drop off the vehicle and that they had a system that would acknowledge my drop off. That’s “easier” to me the customer. Caliber was great, enterprise...ehhh. The rental was nice though (lol). My vehicle was repaired and paint restored. So glad caliber worked on it.
