Right everything was great until I went to get gas.. Spent a half hour trying to get my gas cover open.. Found there to be blue stuff in there and my cover was stuck shut..latebforbwork cuz I couldn't get gas.

Thank you to Randall with Caliber Collision Cibolo location. He made an unfortunate car accident bearable. He was in constant contact with me regarding the repairs of my car. He was very respectful and courteous at all times. The receptionist, Evelyn, was also very kind and courteous while helping me get my car into the shop for repairs. I am very pleased with my overall experience, and I will recommend this location highly.

The form said that my right headlight had been replaced, but that headlight was not functioning when I received my vehicle. Randall fixed it immediately after it was brought to his attention though.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. I was told it would take two and half to three days to finish the repairs. I had my car back in less than two days. The repair was perfect. I will go back to them in the future if I need to have more work done on my car.

Everyone was fantastic! I hope to not crash or for another deer to hit me but if it happens I will return to this location. The front desk and the person that went over my car with me (I believe he's the manager) were great! I really wish I could have chatted with the guy getting coffee that worked there he had tattoos and braids. Looked interesting (maybe next time). Nonetheless, everyone was friendly and my car looks great!
