My car showed flaws upon being “fixed” that I had to point out. Shop handled accordingly by providing an OEM part as a replacement, but there are still minor flaws to my bumper where a gap is present as opposed to flush like the opposite side. The shop also disconnected my front and rear dash camera even though the only work required was to my front bumper and now I have come to realize the following day that my dash camera is not working. Overall, the staff is friendly, but these issues that won’t be resolved are inexcusable from a customer service standpoint.

I would say give them a chance bc the final repair came out well but yhe communication is poor so be ready to stay on top of them.

The walk was completed sooner than expected. Matt was very helpful and kept me informed. There were no issues with the car afterwards. It looked and worked like brand new. I have no hesitation to recommend Caliber Collision to my friends and relatives.
