I dropped my car of on 3/9, Joseph Dicastelnuovo made sure I understood the process and made sure that I was sent a text message at every stage of the repair. Everything was done in a timely manner and my car looked brand new. Joseph was so helpful, informative and reassuring. I'm so pleased with my overall experience.
