I was given a date thay my car would be done. When I didn’t hear from the shop I called on that day and was told they had gotten behind and it would be done on Friday. I didn’t get any text or call updates and when I called on Friday they told me Saturday, possibly Monday. Then Monday comes and goes and I don’t hear anything. I called Monday night was told it would be a few more days. Then a few hours later I revived a text from caliber stating my car was done. So I returned my rental and went to the shop the next day. My car was in fact not done and they said the text update had been sent by error. I had to keep calling to get updated when I was told by Anthony he’d call or text me updates regularly. All in all my car ended up being in the shop for almost 7 weeks and I kept getting a run around as to when it would be done, no specific answers. When I finally picked my car up I dealt with Andre the owner. He was very polite and apologetic and said he wanted to make sure it was done right. I can totally appreciate that, however I wish it was him I was speaking with him throughout the entire process because he was helpful and knowledgeable . Thank you Andre.

Repair looks good. The day after I took it home 2 warning lights came on. Took it back to the shop and they called someone to run diagnostics on it. Saying that it is something different and not associated w repair. I have no doubt to believe them but want to get a second opinion from BMW. I just want to go on record with this occurrence the first time I drove the car after repairs completed.
