Excellent service, which eased the entire annoyance of having been sideswiped & put thru this hassle. Denise handled everything, including car rental, seamlessly... and updated me daily. And my pretty little Prius looks pretty again!! Great work all around!

My car was hit while stopped in traffic. The insurace company promised repair. I wanted to wash the car, however I did not want to change the structure prior to repair. I was extremely upset to see that Caliber Collision did not wash the entire car. The representative did not go and look over the car with me aor return my telephone call in a timely manner. The entire process felt rushed and unsupported.

I would recommend Caliber Collision in Mount Holly but not in Cinnaminson. I did not have a representative to give me a walk thru of the repairs completed, that was a first. I have had work done two times prior and both times I received a walk thru showing what repairs were compled at pick up.
