Savannah was a great rep! She did an excellent job in keeping me informed on the progress and where we were at in the repair. When work was finished the first time, it was not to her standard and had them redo it. I believe that’s what a great rep and employee does. I appreciate her looking out for me as a customer and making sure the work was of the highest quality. She deserves recognition.

Savannah did a great job keeping me informed and tracking the progress of the repair. When the vehicle came out of paint, she took the time to check over the work before bringing me in and it wasn’t to her standard. She had them redo the paint and it was greatly appreciated! Savannah is a great rep and did a fantastic job advocating and looking out for her customers.
