Staffers are above average and very pleasant. The way Caliber communicates progress of my baby; my car; was less than satisfactory. Act more proactively in alerting your customers about the issues at hand. I was w/out my car for almost a month. I had to chase the information as to why it was taking so long and I didn’t like the anxiety that the unknown caused. Thank you for getting my Highlander back to being good.
