Not 100% satisfied because I had to go back to address some minor issues. They were very kind and willing to help. They took care of it as best they could. So credit for that. Yet, I see they have introduced some swirls in the clear coat that was not there initially. They also left some cream looking dried material that I had to work at to get it out. It was in between two body pieces. So even though they repaired my small dent. I had hoped it came back as good as new. Of course, its under insurance so why skimp.

Friendly and nice. I went in on a Friday. Had to clarify my deductible. I was told they would chk with their liaison to my ins and clarify my deductible. I didnt get a call back. I called next Tuesday. They said they haven't heard back. I had to give them my claims adjuster number. On Weds I got the call that all is cleared up and to bring my car in. Other than this I would of given a 10.
