This shop is a joke, I brought my truck in after a car accident as most people would but when I got it back, it looked worse than before the accident even happened. I'm not sure how a well known shop such as Caliber Collision can operate with these kind of morals and standards. They tried to inform me that the damage was done in a previous accident, but I sure do find it suspicious that the damage wasn't evident until they went and "fixed" it. I thought the point of a body shop was to return your vehicle back looking the same or better than it did before the accident, not worse, it seems I set my expectations too high for this "4.8" star rated shop with "experienced technicians".
