Samantha answered all of my questions without any complaints. The staff was friendly from the early morning drop off hours to even the end of day pick up I experienced smiles and pleasant service. My car when I dropped it off was dirty and when I picked it up was sparkling clean. The team worked with my schedule and also made it easy with the rental during the five days my car was at their shop. The text updates were easier than phone calls, I could check on the status of my car with a oink. I am grateful to have my car back in my driveway and ready!

I continually was told my deductible was $500 by caliber office individual. Initially, I was told to call myself, which I did and was correct and consider it a waste of my time. Why was I calling when I already knew. I initially asked the individual in the office to also call Caliber. She did not because when I returned, she said it’s $500 for which I had to ask her to call again . it wasn’t until the day I picked up my car that I was finally told I was right, but it was unnecessary worrying that Caliber created for me. The difference between owing 100 and500 is a lot. As I was waiting for that I made a note that I would use a different Caliber office for service next time. Since my car looks great I’m not really sure what I will do.

I get a warning light. My door is open the whole time when it is closed I get a warning light. My hood is a jar the whole time and it is closed. You closed it there at the shop. It’s fully down. It’s not opened at all and I keep getting warning lights for it And the door warning light is open my outside light that comes on when the door is open stay on when the door is shut and the car is off and I get other warning lights I never got before that has nothing to do with the work you’ve done but I’m getting them
