Hi Caliber Collision team, I’m sorry for any misunderstanding, but I need some help clearing up an issue with my rental. Yesterday, I was asked to sign the release paperwork early to help with your end-of-month billing. I was assured that doing so wouldn't affect my Enterprise rental while I am out of town for work. However, Enterprise just called and is charging me for extra days because the truck is officially marked as returned in the system. I won't be able to pick up my truck until tomorrow. Could you please reach out to Enterprise and Progressive to correct the date so I don't get charged for these days? Thank you, Alvaro
