A couple weeks after the repair, a reflector fell off the back. A piece of trip was applied with a small but noticeable gap between the trim and the door panel, it was pointed out and they tried to re-attach it. I've taken the car back to show them and am still waiting for the warranty work to be done.

My thanks to â Steve â, your service writer . He answered all my questions and kept me up to date . I had an issue with spots in the white pearl paint , during the repairs . Steve got right back to me and had the issue resolved to my satisfaction in 1 day . My factory replacement windshield was broken during shipping . Steve notified me and apologized on behalf of Calibre. He promptly obtained another and had it installed as soon as it arrivedâ, . When I left a voice message , Steve promptly returned my call and answered my questions . I was hesitant to use your service , as the shop was no longer â Brads Auto Body. But upon seeing the large number of retained staff, I felt comfortable. I was not disappointed, and will return to Calibre in the future . Respectfully, Mike Bolger.
