It appears you guys have figured out customer service. Others could learn from your practices, including myself, having had my business since 1981 Do yourselves a favor, donât let the young lady who handled my account ever leave your organization. I realize your a big company with lots of shops but you should appreciate the value of this one single employee. To be honest, if I had the need for someone with her skills, I would make every effort to get her to work for us. The quality of work appears to be fine as expected. I chose your facility rather than being referred as you have provided my company services before and Iâve always been satisfied. That includes the current as well as previous ownership
