I don't like the wording of the question because it doesn't tell the whole story. We were mostly happy about everything regarding our experience there. The front help one of them being Monique, were very professional courteous and efficient. But unfortunately due to things possibly out of their control. Our car did not get back to us on the date promised. It was 2 or 3 days later. But overall it was a very good experience and the work that was done is perfect. We would not hesitate to do business with you in the future

Chris Roe was the best car advisor and totally explained everything, kept me up to date on the progress and was very professional and friendly....he knows what he is doing. He even offered me popcorn as I was leaving! My favorite snack food! Thank you Chris! Also, the lady who gave me a ride home when I first dropped off the car was an extremely safe driver and also very friendly and professional....she assisted me with the final paperwork too. Hats off to her as well as Chris!
