Repair time went well over the estimated repair time given. Caliber had my vehicle since March 29 and repairs were completed on May 23.

I waited over a month for the repairs to be completed. The driver side door, side view mirror, and the running board were the only things that had to be replaced. I was told that the first two doors didnât work for my truck so a new door was ordered. And that the shop was backed up. Thatâs why it took so long. I was originally given a 5 day estimate for completion. While I appreciate that the correct door was put on, I feel that the time frame in which it was completed was excessive. When I finally picked up my truck, I noticed that the wrong side view mirror was installed. I was told that a new one would be ordered and would arrive in a couple of days. Itâs now been a week and Iâm still waiting to have my mirror replaced. Also, the black plastic paneling on the driver side rear door is scuffed from what looks like someone trying to clean it. I am extremely disappointed in this experience with this company.

Everything was good except for one thing I have 4 new tire nuts and when you change my tire put the new ones and save the old ones with out tell me I donât know why you use mine when the insurance should pay for.
