Chris Roe was excellent. He was polite, professional and honest. He maintained great communication about my auto repair and quickly corrected a problem noticed on pick up. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for repairs. The only detriment was that it took about 3 weeks to repair the car when the time estimate was 7-10 days. This did not cause a problem for me since I had another car to drive but could have been an issue.

They repaired it like nothing happened but as I said before they should have replaced it with original parts from the manufacturer.

Steve was very helpful. My only complaint is that they should have replaced my bumper with the manufacturerâs instead of an out of market. If the person didnât crash into my parked car it didnât have to be replaced.
