Rodney is a great service adviser! He appeared genuinely concerned about the quality & care my car would & did receive. Listened to my wants, needs, & concerns. Repeatedly asked if I had any particular concerns and/or questions. Repeatedly made me feel as if my car was his #1 concern & priority during my appointments & telephone exchanges with him..
