Staff was friendly and receptive. After viewing the repairs I noticed a mild scratch that was immediately corrected. The lifetime warranty important factor for me going with Caliber.

Customer service was outstanding and all of the employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Rodney, in particular guided me through the process of going through the insurance claim process and helped in dealing with the adjusters. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and the work was outstanding. I will definitely refer any friends and family to Caliber Collision in the future.
