The entire Caliber Collision team was great! Tony gave me a complete and fair estimate of the damage to my truck. They kept me updated on the progression of the repairs. At the time of completion, they updated me on all repairs completed and the end result was better than I expected. They are a great shop an I would greatly recommend them for all repairs! I arrived at the wrong location and late. I was received by Stacy at the entrance. She was courtliest and understanding. Stacy immediately asked Tony to assist me and my needs. Tony was very professional and prompt. I left Caliber with confidence that my car would be in great hands, so when I received authorization to restore the damages to my care I returned to caliber Collision at the Sunnyside location because they took care of my needs even if I was at the wrong location and late to my appointment. They called me a day sooner than expected to pickup my vehicle, and the job was perfect. My care was restored to preclusion state and was also washed for me. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and will strongly recommend Caliber Colision to friends and family.

My entire experience with Calliber was wonderful. Stacy, John, and Samantha were always so professional and helpful. They always answered my questions and listened to my concerns. I felt like my car was in the best care and service possible. Calliber on Sunnyside came highly recommended by my stepdad who also had a great experience when he brought his truck in for repair. I will be highly recommending them. They also did a great job with my car, but the customer service really stood out.

When you send a car for a complementary car wash be sure and check the inside of the back trunk area . The exterior is clean but the interior area inside could be missed? Small detail but after a good job overall it’s the little things that separate good from a fantastic job.
