My entire experience with Calliber was wonderful. Stacy, John, and Samantha were always so professional and helpful. They always answered my questions and listened to my concerns. I felt like my car was in the best care and service possible. Calliber on Sunnyside came highly recommended by my stepdad who also had a great experience when he brought his truck in for repair. I will be highly recommending them. They also did a great job with my car, but the customer service really stood out.

When you send a car for a complementary car wash be sure and check the inside of the back trunk area . The exterior is clean but the interior area inside could be missed? Small detail but after a good job overall it’s the little things that separate good from a fantastic job.

The plastic trim above the repair area needs more glue (or a more adhesive one) because its not flush. There's a slight gap where there shouldn't be, so I'm going to have to bring it back.

They didn't tell me that I could drop off my car rental there when I picked up my car. I had to drive across town & back during my lunch to the Enterprise rental

Great job by the repair team and front desk in coordinating a quick repair, I’m grateful they were able to provide transportation to my house on the day of the drop off, and picked me up from my house the day I picked my car up. Tony and the front receptionist were exceptional at everything they did, great communication and very professional. It’s unfortunate my cologne bottle went missing from my car, Tony said he would talk to the manager about it, but apart from that, everything else was great.
