Michelle was amazing, giving me constant updates. As a student who got in my first accident I was distraught coming in and she made me feel at ease. Explaining everything along the way. She was very friendly and personable upon arrival rather than a salesman experience. I would definitely prefer her to handle future interactions although I hope it wouldn’t come to that again since I would not like to get in another accident. 20/10 experience!
