Shout out to Travis! He helped my teenage daughter when her car door handle broke and she was in a bind. He got the replacement part quickly and installed in no time. Excellent customer service, and really appreciated how fast he took care of everything.

my experience with caliber and most importantly michelle ( i think that was her name who helped me) was fantastic. i was in very quickly, the estimated fix time was a week early and she was wonderful when it came to answering questions. (she has a godspeed tattoo) . i want to make sure she is recognized in this experience because she was lovely and thorough. if i am ever faced with another car incident i not only would bring my car into caliber but would hope that she was on my case as well
