Having had a very disappointing experience with Geico as the insurance company representing the person who hit my car several years ago, I must say that I engaged with Calliber and Geico with reservations and prejudice. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received. The repair estimate was within $50 of the private estimate I received from a trusted collision repair service. I was greeted and treated professionally from the time I walked through the door. The convenience of the express service, having my rental car ready when I arrived, the frequent updates, the courtesy of the staff... I could not have been more pleased. My car looks great, was detailed and clean when I picked it up, and I will recommend Geico and Calliber to anyone!
