I chose Caliber because of the recommendation of a friend, and I’ve already shared my good experience with friends. (I should add that I had gone to one other place before I went to Caliber, small, cluttered office…a nice man who took at lease 30 minutes looking at the broken parts and damage. Said he’d try to get an estimate in a few days. Quite a contrast to Caliber’s bright office and friendly reception with coffee and fresh popcorn to greet us.)

It was a wonderful experience to have Caliber Collision repair my car! From the moment I entered the office I felt welcomed. Shamara walked out with me to assess the damage and within minutes I left with a complete printed appraisal of what needed to be done. Within a day they ordered all of the parts that would be needed for the repairs and they were ready to fix my car even sooner than I was able to bring it in. I received updates from them during entire process, and received my beautifully restored car in just one day after I brought it in to them.

the team members are outstanding. Lexi is the best: friendly, detailed, professional, and competent! Ryan was terrific in helping me with a quote... Shamara was great in her role and explaining the process. But Tyler did an amazing job detailing my vehicle.... wow, it looked brand new. Can I hire him haha! he also was awesome in driving me to and from my home. Great job everyone

For some reason their Dealership parts was changed from Colorado Springs to near Denver. That affects the timeliness of repairs. Caliber here in Colorado Springs is great. Did a great job on my car

@ Baptist location, service advisor Rick was very rude, when I asked questions about rental vehicle, pre-planned vacation, he told me he didn’t like my attitude and I could take my business elsewhere. What kind of customer service is that? My vehicle was eventually moved to another caliber location to complete repairs and the staff there was outstanding!!
