My Experience

We were very impressed with the young lady responsible for identifying areas of vehicle damage. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. In addition, vehicle repairs status reports were frequent keeping us apprised of repair actions.

I was kept up to date regarding the status of my car repairs. Actually received my car one day ahead of the projected completion date. All staff were courteous and professional. My car looks excellent and operates nicely. Thanks to Eric and all other service repair staff along with front office staff (Lisa).

Although I got a lot of texts, keeping me updated sometimes they went several days in between and at times I would’ve preferred a phone call rather than a text, particularly when shipping issues and parts that arrived already broken delayed the repair of my vehicle
