I had a very positive experience with Caliber Collision after my Hyundai Palisade needed body work following a collision. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful, and the shop was exceptionally clean and well organized. I was originally told that the repairs would take about three weeks, but they completed the work in only about a week and a half! Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed through their online portal about the progress of the repairs, which I really appreciated. When the work was finished, they even offered to bring my vehicle to my home and pick up the rental car. That was an unexpected and very convenient service. The repair work was excellent and very professionally done. They also cleaned my Palisade inside and out, so it looked great when it was returned to me. I am extremely pleased with the service, communication, quality of the repairs, and overall experience. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs body work after a collision!

Not only was my repair done fast but it was done very exceptionally. I definitely like the work that was done to my car, it's like the accident never happened. Caliber Collision took care of my car but they also were very kind and respectful to me and they helped me out when I had to take my car in and have a rental car. Caliber went out of their way to help me get my car back once it was done because I'm a mother of three and my husband and I work constantly there was no way for me to get my car back easily, so they went out of their way to help me with that too.
