Kim was amazing, she keeps that office in order. Her kindness and thoughtfulness in explaining the process is much appreciated. She went above and beyond and made sure we got our window decal back. Even when everyone including the window techs blew me off. That is true customer service, thank you. To the service technicians thank you for putting our vehicle back together, it looks great.

The team was amazing. They kept me up to date on where my vehicle was currently at and what was being fixed on it. When a part of the vehicle shipped to them damaged, they immediately let me know the timeline may change but they were going to do everything they could to make sure it was done on time. Highly recommend them.
