You all did a great job and honestly gave us "better than we deserved" by not only repairing the damage perfectly as far as I can tell , but also cleaning up the Avalon's headlight lenses which seemed hopelessly hazy forever even after my usual mechanics have tried to clean them up with their "kits". Twice in 30 months this car has been hit by somebody not paying attention, and in both cases RMB&P has done excellent work, and has made the process dealing with the other guy's insurance smooth with no surprises. I've dealt with Nate and Cathy in both cases, and have great respect and appreciation for both. What a great business!

The people they had working on my truck didn’t do a good job. I’m sure there’s other mechanics in that shop that do good work.

They didn’t meet any of their deadlines. They took my truck apart and couldn’t put it back together destroyed wiring hoses. The quality of work was substandard at best.
