Everyone at caliber was extremely friendly and helpful. They did a great job repairing our liftgate. They even matched the paint perfectly for our hard to match paint. They also had the work completed two days before the estimated completion date.

Easy to schedule and the repair was done 5 days sooner than predicted. The there also assisted by dropping me off at home after I dropped off the vehicle. Great team and the cars looks like nothing happened.

The original filler/ bonfire job failed and I had to bring the car back to have it repaired. I was under the impression that Caliber was found to replace panel and do the job properly this time but I was told that they did not and just filled the damage again. The first time I bright it in after the car got hit I was told they would be replacing the metal panel. When I went to pick it up I was told that they just filled the damage with body filler the same as this second time. My car was all metal before it got hit while it was parked.and the initial. Damage occurred I am very dissatisfied with the method that my car was repaired. It is a very mature job and you would have done it right the first time it would have been overall less costly for your business. I will be back next time it fails and at that time I will insist it is repaired properly. The car was actually parked and never driven the whole time since your initial repair and the repair failed with out the car even being driven. I do hope and expect you to reach out and offer to repair my fay properly after reading this.

Ryan did an absolutely fantastic job with my wife’s Lexus. He went above and beyond all expectations and helped us with making her vehicle look as good as New. I would highly recommend caliper collision in Colorado Springs and I am going to bring my truck in next! Highly recommend recommended Ed and stars all the way across the board.

Excellent communication from reception/front desk on back. Justin-kind, courteous, professional and prompt. Kept me up to date with repairs and any delays due to receiving parts from Toyota. He was on my side when dealing with the insurance company without risking integrity. He listened. He knew my schedule well enough to collaborate with the rental car company creating a seamless transfer of cars. My car looks amazing!! (Minimal damages-mostly cosmetic that affected the parking sensors.) When given a choice Caliber Collision on Garden of the Gods is my go to shop!! Thank you!
